Legal
Privacy policy.
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Yousef Khoury, a licensed real estate broker with Real People Realty ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects the information you provide through this website.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through our forms. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- A property address, or the cities and areas you're interested in
- Details about your buying or selling plans, such as timeline, budget or price range, property condition, mortgage status, and what matters most to you
- Your preferred method of contact
We also collect basic visit information automatically, as described in section 5.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare a home value report, savings breakdown, or buyer consultation, communicate with you about real estate services, and follow up regarding your request. We contact you using the method you select: call, text, or email.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only as needed to provide the services you request (for example, with Real People Realty, or with relevant service providers such as mortgage, title, or transaction partners), or when required by law.
4. Third party services
This website uses a few outside services to work:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the private database where form submissions are stored. Only Yousef can access that information.
- Web3Forms delivers your form submission to us by email.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API help us measure visits and form submissions that come from our ads. The Pixel uses cookies and sends information about your visit to Meta. When you send a form, our server may also tell Meta that a form was sent, along with your email, phone and name in hashed (scrambled) form, your IP address and browser type, so Meta can match it to our ads. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
- Google provides the fonts used on this site, and our reviews link to our Google Business Profile.
These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site keeps its own simple statistics so we can understand how visitors use it and improve it: pages viewed, buttons and tools used, time on the site, the type of device, the site that referred you, and your approximate city based on your internet connection. A small random visitor ID is stored in your browser to count visits. If your connection drops while you send a form, a copy of it is kept in your browser until it reaches us, then removed. We do not use these statistics to identify you. The Meta Pixel described above also uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings.
6. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing sellingwithyousef@gmail.com. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message.
8. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
